When I was a boy, I was always fascinated whenever I watched my mom cook. She always viewed cooking as an art and her meals received high praise from anyone lucky enough to taste them. Because of her, I knew at a very early age that I would become a cook when I grew up.

 

My family traveled often, but out of all of our trips, Italy was the most unforgettable. It is where I discovered my love of pizza! In Italy they use natural ingredients and traditional methods: hand-thrown and fire-baked. I was hooked!

 

After ten years as a successful Pizza Catering chef in Europe, I have started a business here in the states that allows me to share my European style pizza with you. So grab a seat, grab a slice, and come experience the magic of Masood’s European Pizza.
